4. Uploaded Files and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant ReducePicture.com a temporary, limited license to process the file solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service (compression, conversion, resizing, or size reduction).

This license is automatically revoked when the file is deleted from our servers, which occurs automatically after processing and download.

5. No Guarantee of File Retention

Processed output files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted from our servers, typically within one hour of creation. We strongly recommend downloading your processed file immediately. We are not responsible for files that expire before download.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReducePicture.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
